EXPERIENCE
Ms. Chiung-Hui Huang is also a member of the New York law office at Henrichsen Siegel, P.L.L.C. since 2009. The law practice of Chiung-Hui Huang Attorney At Law since 2008 has primarily focused on civil and commercial litigation involving product liability, personal injury, employment, business transactions, partnership, commercial real estate and international trade matters. Ms. Huang also has substantial experience in transactional legal work involving commercial lease, sale of business, franchise purchase and foreign investment matters.

Chiung-Hui Huang gained valuable legal experience from her internship at a large international law firm in the District of Columbia while she was still attending law school in the area. Shortly after her graduation in May 1999, Ms. Huang worked for a boutique commercial litigation law firm in D.C. where she learned the tools in handling complex commercial litigation matters. After relocating to New York City in 2002, Ms. Huang had worked for law firms providing her with great opportunities in serving the Chinese community of the great New York City and overseas Chinese clients.
黃律師在還在華盛頓特區法學院就讀時已經在一家大規模律師樓的國際部門實習獲得寶貴法務經驗。1999年五月畢業后在華盛頓特區一家精緻型商業訴訟律師樓任職學習解決複雜商業官司的竅門。2002年搬遷至紐約市後，黃律師在不同律師樓工作，這些律師樓給予她很好機會提供對紐約市大都會華人社區及境外中國客戶的法律服務。

Ms. Huang earned her J.D. degree from American University, Washington College of Law in 1999. Ms. Huang also earned a Masters degree in Pacific International Affairs from University of California at San Diego in 1995. Ms. Huang was awarded her B.A. degree in Political Science from National Taiwan University in 1992.
黃律師1999年畢業于美國大學華盛頓法學院取得法學博士學位。黃律師並于1995年畢業于加州大學聖地牙哥分校取得亞太國際事務碩士學位。黃律師1992年畢業于國立台灣大學取得政治系學士學位。
